In the renovation of Halsey, an affordable housing complex, our team successfully executed the removal of old siding and windows, upgrading insulation, and installing new vinyl windows along with fresh siding. Despite the complexity of the project, our commitment to efficiency and precision allowed us to meet the budget of $70,000 and adhere to the agreed-upon timeline. Understanding the unique context of Halsey being an affordable housing complex with tenants in transition from homelessness to having a home, we prioritized smooth operations to minimize disruption to the residents. Additionally, as part of our commitment to the community, we pruned back an Oak Maple to enhance the surroundings, ensuring the project was not only completed within parameters but also with a keen awareness of the specific needs of the tenants.
