Tasked with the transformation of a former bar, our comprehensive project involved the complete demolition of the restaurant’s interior and upstairs office space. We rebuilt the foundation, ensuring ADA compliance with the addition of a ramp, and introduced a new cooler/freezer. The scope also included the construction of new subfloors, the remodeling of all bathrooms with updated tile, flooring, fixtures, and paint, and the installation of recycled hardwood floors throughout the restaurant and bar. Notably, we took charge of the permitting process and updated drawings for seamless execution. The challenging yet rewarding project culminated in the realization of a new tenant’s vision. Unfortunately, specific financials or ROI details are unavailable. Facing structural issues, we addressed a crumbling foundation with missing footings by executing necessary repairs, showcasing our commitment to quality craftsmanship. Using recycled hardwood flooring added an eco-friendly dimension to the project. This venture has fortified our confidence in handling similar commercial and restaurant projects, underscoring NWVG’s capacity for continued excellence in development, design, and execution.
