We’ve partnered with AppFolio Property Manager to bring a new and improved Online Portal experience for all NWV Tenants. The portal is 100% mobile and allows us to provide you with fast, responsive service. Your Appfolio Portal will replace your old Paydici account.

Getting Started Today:

The transition to your new Online Portal begins today around 4pm December 30th, 2022. Appfolio will send you an activation link via email to make it easy to activate your new Online Portal and start using the new benefits, as well as the ability to pay rent. If you do not have an email address, please contact us at (503) 282-4696 and we can discuss another option.

Please Note:

Access to your existing Paydici account will be disabled shortly. Please make your January rent payment via Appfolio.

FOR THOSE WITH AUTOPAYMENTS OR A SCHEDULED FUTURE PAYMENT

Please note, due to this transition, any auto-payments or scheduled future payments you currently have will not be processed. You will need to log in to your new Online Portal and resubmit your financial information to set up auto-payments or to schedule a future payment.

With this new portal, you can:

Make payments online by eCheck (FREE) or Credit Card

Set up automatic payments to post automatically on the specified day

Submit maintenance requests from any device

Track the real-time status of your maintenance request
